Where are you based and do you travel?
We are KL & PENANG based in MALAYSIA and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on package you book and where it takes place.
Do you have bundle packages?
We don't have standard packages, but we love to customize a package according to your preferences. Let us know your vision!
How do you photograph the couple session?
Our couple sessions are uniquely crafted to create a deeply personal experience that connects with each couple. We delve into the stories that shape their relationship, exploring their favorites and shared memories. By weaving these narratives into their photography session, we bring their love story to life.
Through heartfelt conversations, we uncover what is most meaningful to them—moments they cherish and visions of what they hope to see in 20 years. Our goal is to immortalize these intimate stories in beautiful images that resonate for years to come, creating a timeless visual narrative of their journey together.
When will we get our photos?
We provide two sets of photos:
1. Unlimited Color Graded Photos will be delivered within 2 weeks of your shoot via an online gallery link.
2. Signature Pro Touch images will take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your selection and the number of photos in your package.
You can easily download all your photos from the gallery and share them with family and friends, ensuring that these treasured moments can be enjoyed by everyone!
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 5 hours coverage event, you will receive between 400 to 800 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and we will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Do you provide raw images or videos?
No we don't provide raw footages to our clients.
How can I book a photo session?
You may book a session by contacting us through our website form or whatsapp or phone.
What is your payment term?
We collect 50% deposit to secure your booking. Balance 50% will be collected 10 days prior to the photo session. This can be paid online by bank transfer or our secure payment portal.
Can we pay with credit card?
Yes. We do accept payment via credit card. This can be paid online through our secure portal.
Do you have a portfolio can view??
Yes. you can view our portfolio in the gallery section on our website.
How if the booked event is postponed or cancelled. Do you refund the deposit paid?
No, we don’t offer refunds on deposits. Instead, we transfer the credit to your account for future events. You can also transfer this credit to friends or family by booking their event with us.
