FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Malaysia, and we travel for shoots. A travel fee applies depending on your event location.
How do you photograph weddings?
Before the day, we send an event guide and talk through your timeline by phone. We love receiving photos of your attire, shoes and invitations. On the day we focus on feelings, mood and emotion, the calm and chaotic moments, and the small details, with a relaxed style that suits traditional and non-traditional weddings alike.
How many shoots do you take per session?
Only one. When your session is booked, it is yours alone, so you get our full attention.
Do you shoot in the rain or at night?
Yes. We shoot in all kinds of weather and into the evening. We bring our own lighting for low-light moments, and we plan sheltered or indoor spots with you ahead of time if rain is likely.
How many pictures will we receive?
Every package includes unlimited colour-graded photos from your event. Essential includes up to 200 Signature Pro Touch photos, and Classic, Classic Film and Premium include up to 350. We choose quality over quantity and select the most meaningful moments.
What is the difference between colour-graded and Signature Pro Touch photos?
Colour-graded photos are your full set of event photos with our colour grading applied. Signature Pro Touch photos are our fully retouched selects, the images we polish most carefully. You receive unlimited colour-graded photos, plus up to 200 Signature Pro Touch photos with Essential, or up to 350 with Classic, Classic Film and Premium.
When will we get our photos?
Your colour-graded photos arrive in your private online gallery within 2 weeks. Your Signature Pro Touch photos, our fully retouched selects, follow within 4 to 8 weeks. From the gallery you can download, share and choose your favourites. The gallery stays online for 12 months.
Do you provide raw images or videos?
We do not provide raw files. We do not offer wedding video, but we can recommend videographers we work with. We do offer reel videos with our couple sessions. Message us on WhatsApp at +60 13-403 0509 to ask.
Do you offer couple sessions on their own?
Yes. We offer couple sessions on their own, and Premium includes one as part of the package. Reel videos are available with couple sessions. Message us on WhatsApp at +60 13-403 0509 and we will send you the couple session packages.
Can I add more hours or another photographer?
Yes. You can add extra hours of coverage for RM 400 per hour, or add a second photographer for RM 700. Both can be added to any package. Message us on WhatsApp at +60 13-403 0509 to check availability for your date.
Do you offer albums and wall prints?
Yes. We offer signature albums with a leather box and frame (Regular RM 600, Premium RM 1,000), and large wall prints from RM 300. See our Albums & Prints section for details.
How can I book?
Message us on WhatsApp at +60 13-403 0509, call us, or use the form on our website. Once we confirm your date over WhatsApp, we will send you our payment details to secure your booking.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit secures your date, and the remaining 50% is due 10 days before your session. After we confirm your date on WhatsApp, we will send you our payment details. You may pay by bank transfer.
If the booked event is postponed or cancelled, do you refund the deposit?
Deposits are not refunded. Instead, the amount is kept as credit for a future booking, and you can pass it on to a friend or family member to use for their event.
