Where are you based and do you travel?
We are KL & PENANG based in MALAYSIA and yes we love to travel! If you want us to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
Do you have bundle packages?
We don't have standard packages, but we love to customize a package according to your preferences. Let us know your vision for your big day!
How do you photograph ROM?
We love being by your side to help you before your ROM day. We'll send you a guide to help you planning your day, the best timing for the couple photos... and it's really exciting for us to receive photos of your sarees/dress, shoes, invits...! On your ROM day, all we want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your ROM unique.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 5 hours coverage event, you will receive between 400 to 800 fully edited images. We always choose quality rather than quantity and we will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
Do you provide raw images or videos?
No we don't provide raw footages to our clients.
How can I book a photo session?
You may book a session by contacting us through our website form or whatsapp or phone.
What is your payment term?
We collect 50% deposit to secure your booking. Balance 50% will be collected 10 days prior to the photo session. This can be paid online by bank transfer or our secure payment portal.
Can we pay with credit card?
Yes. We do accept payment via credit card. This can be paid online through our secure portal.
Do you have a portfolio can view??
Yes. you can view our portfolio in the gallery section on our website.
How if the booked event is postponed or cancelled. Do you refund the deposit paid?
No, we don’t offer refunds on deposits. Instead, we transfer the credit to your account for future events. You can also transfer this credit to friends or family by booking their event with us.
